That's a Wrap
Life as a vertically challenged person sure has its pluses and minuses. For example, the challenge with finding a proper length pant or skirt is definitely on the minus side. So when I saw this beautiful Helmut Lang wrap maxi skirt that required no hemming, I was immediately sold!
This particular wrap skirt also comes in solid black as well as light blue and can be worn with just about any top, even your comfy basics such as a tank or t-shirt with a jean jacket for your casual days, or go with a crisp blazer or leather jacket when you want to kick it up. I've paired the skirt with a bralette which is everywhere these days. Oh the bralette! I own one in both black and white and layer these babies with everything - button-down shirts, blazers, sweaters, you name it! I even hot tubbed in one, but only because I forgot to bring a bathing suit on a ski trip. These bralettes are comfy as hell and are my go-to lately instead of an underwire bra. Try one! Your tatas will thank you.
And on another note, my time here in the wonderful city of Boston has come to an end. For my last shoot in Beantown, I can't think of a better place than along the Charles river at sunset with the view ofthe Back Bay, Prudential tower, and the Hatch band shell where the Boston Pops play for the Fourth of July fireworks.
They say friends are the family you choose. In Boston, I've chosen well. Despite moving around quite a bit in my life, no city has felt more like home than Boston because of the amazing people that have blessed my life here. I love this town but more importantly, I will miss the people.
Start spreading the news, I'm leaving today...
That's a wrap, folks.
